who is mel?
Mountain Equipment Lab (aka “mel”) is an independent resource for design and/or analysis with an expertise in ski and snowboard products. We work alongside your team to bring your brands’ signature look/feel thru into the final products. We are proud to have been working in ski and snowboard factories around the world and with some of the best brands. mel is based out of Park City, UT. Quick access to all sorts of mountain terrain, proximity to a thriving composite and tech scene, and pickleball courts with unmatched views and retiree’s keeping them busy. We love to give-back to our community and outreach in STEM education for kids is in our future. Prototyping lab has been growing with new processes coming online every day.
